Jef started his Real Estate career at Sylvan Lawrence in downtown Manhattan, as a licensed Real Estate broker in 1987, focusing on commercial properties, office space, and development. Over the past 3 decades, he has worked for and consulted with some of the most prominent hedge funds, family offices, VC firms, and PE Firms, in regard to their equity investments and debt structures.
