Previously, Scott was a Managing Director at Heritage Financial in Malvern, PA. There, he successfully worked with clientele to develop and implement capital-raising strategies, including equity-related debt and convertible transactions. He played a crucial role in guiding companies to increase revenue, profitability, costs, margins, and cash flow, while overseeing the firm’s daily operations and directing all resources to implement a strategic growth plan.
As Vice President of Capital Markets at Casimir Capital in New York, NY, Scott spearheaded the sourcing of capital from hedge funds, financial institutions, and private equity firms. He developed and managed relationships with portfolio managers, directors, and managing partners in the energy and metals & mining industry. His responsibilities included sourcing, origination, and due diligence associated with debt and equity placements.
Scott’s career also includes experience as a NASDAQ Market Maker at Spear Leads & Kellogg in Jersey City, NJ, and MH Meyerson, where he actively quoted two-sided markets, provided bids and offers, and traded equity securities on OTCQB, OTCQX, and NASDAQ. He was responsible for making markets in over 100 NASDAQ and OTCBB stocks, providing liquidity and depth to ensure orderly markets.
